ASHTANGA
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous set sequence of postures created in Mysore, India during 1900s and is still practiced all over the world today. This style is a specific set sequence of postures performed in a specific order to rejuvenate the body, and create physical strength. We offer a short form abbreviated sequence in 60 minute window, as well as a 90 minute window for Primary series. This class is open to all levels with modification and adjustments as needed.
