YIN
Yin Yoga is a restorative form of yoga. This class has specific postures that are held for longer periods of time to allow connective tissues to loosen while focusing on intentional breathing. This class is great for all levels, especially athletes on recovery day to keep muscles, joints, and ligaments subtle and strong for improved performance over time.
VIN to YIN
Vin to Yin seamlessly blends the elements of an active vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Move through cleansing creative flows to engage and celebrate the body before easing into passive postures to reset the mind. By switching your body from “fight-or-flight” mode to “rest-and-digest,” you promote balance in the nervous system and create a powerful sense of well-being.
Align
HOT 26 & 2
26 & 2 sequence is practiced all around the world, focusing mainly on alignment and breath work. This class does not follow the traditional 'flow' style and would be considered hatha. This is a set sequence of postures performed in a specific order maximizing the benefits within the body. Controlled movement, static holds, and intentional breathing, this style of yoga is known for its mental benefits and reducing overall stress levels. This class is perfect for beginners and more advanced yogis looking to deepen practice. These classes are heated.
HATHA
Hatha is perfect contrast to Vinyasa style flow class, Hatha offers a slower pace, clear instruction, and longer holds. Great for beginners, athletes, or experienced yogis looking to differentiate their practice. All classes focus on breath, alignment, and strength. Classe are heated and set to music.
SCULPT
A full body workout focusing on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. This is a ballet-inspired , core-centric class focusing on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility, and posture. As you work through targeted mindful muscle movements, and push yourself to the limit. We then create balance in the body as each class wraps up with a deep, relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels, including the heavy lifters. Ages 13 and up.
Flow
FUNDAMENTALS
Gentle Yoga class is not heated and moves at a slower pace comparatively. This class takes a slow and deep dive into fundamentals of yoga. This class offers opportunity to learn more about principles of the practice and the postures while offering modifications and adjustments as needed.
VINYASA
Vinyasa Free flow style class is based on the traditions of vinyasa. These classes link breath to movement and create a moving meditation. Free flow gives teachers the freedom to add and synchronize different posture combinations. Our teachers strive to provide a class suited for all levels, adjustments and modifications are always welcome. Class is heated and set to music.
ASHTANGA
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous set sequence of postures created in Mysore, India during 1900s and is still practiced all over the world today. This style is a specific set sequence of postures performed in a specific order to rejuvenate the body, and create physical strength. We offer a short form abbreviated sequence in 60 minute window, as well as a 90 minute window for Primary series. This class is open to all levels with modification and adjustments as needed.

MOBILITY & MEDITATION
Mobility & Meditation is a proactive approach to flexibility maintenance and focuses on stretching and varied movements that ensure athletes’ joints and muscles are moving properly and efficiently. This class will help you recover from your workouts, improve your movement quality, and lower your stress levels. Each class is a mix of dynamic stretching, guided breathing practice, and self-myofascial release techniques using foam rollers, lacrosse balls, bands, and other tools.
DEEP STRETCH
Deep stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. There is a mixture between moving through poses to warm the body and holding stretching poses for 1-2 minutes to allow the body to experience the full intent of the pose. Ideal for beginners looking for a low impact, slow-paced class that will improve flexibility and ease chronic muscle tension.
