DEEP STRETCH

Deep Stretch is all the movement without the flow. This is an all levels class no yoga experience necessary. Perfect for beginners, athletes, or anyone who wants to focus on simply stretching to create more flexibility and range of motion.

SLOW FLOW

ALLIGNMENT

Slow Flow is a gentle style of our Power Flow class. This class is a perfect integration of creating mind body connection, building strength, and relaxing muscles.  

This class is based on the traditional Bikram series of 26 postures.

Breath work and alignment are the main focus of class as we move through each posture focusing on breath, proper alignment, and mental focus. 

YIN YOGA

YOGA & WEIGHTS

Yin yoga is a restorative slow-paced style of yoga. This class incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine through the asanas to apply moderate stress to the connective tissue of the body.  Yin yoga is an incredibly healing practice- students hold the poses for longer with the aim of slowing down the nervous system in that rest and digest. Hands on adjustments are incorporated in the practice. All levels are welcome. Come experience the magic for yourself.    

This class combines the best of both worlds, Flow style yoga, and ballet inspired barre/Pilates movement.

This is a full body workout incorporating traditional yoga asana and light dumbbells for added challenge- utilizing mindful muscle movements with higher repetitions.  Some classes may use, bands, balls, and or ankle weights.

We create balance in the body as each class wraps up with a deep, relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels, including the heavy lifters. Class is mildly heated and set to music. 

SLOW POWER FLOW

Slow Power flow class moves you in a sweaty, music vibing, collective energy kind of way. Each teacher adds a splash of individuality as they guide you through each posture. Focusing on breath as we move fluidly.  Class is good for beginners or more advanced yogi as individual preference and time for play is included. Come explore, move, and be you. 

SOUL FLOW

Intentional and intuitive movement and healing.

 The sequences are each uniquely designed to build strength, increase mobility, and improve the connection between body and mind. As we focus our breath and connect breath to movement- this allows us to be in  stillness. A small dose of twisting and balancing before restorative cool down will leave you feeling calm, revived and re-energized. Class is mildly heated and set to music. Gentle sound healing closes class. 

INTRO TO YOGA

Reiki Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and hand positions in order to balance your chakras and meridians. This practice also helps to relax your body and mind, reduce your stress levels and improve your physical health.
